It is with great pride and pleasure that we (re-) introduce the Damen Anchor & Chain Factory (AKF) BV
For more than 75 years the name "Anchor & Chain Factory (AKF)" was recognised in the market as a leading manufacturer of anchors and chain cables.
After many years of manufacturing various anchor related components, it became apparent that "manufacturing" was economically not feasible anymore.
At which point, AKF began to focus on trading anchors and chain cables.
AKF still retained the experience of "manufacturer"in house. This experience enables AKF to carry out repairs and modifications responsibly and with all the required qualifications.
AKF is currently busy expanding the stock of marine anchors with the HHP type - next to the well known Spek, Hall and AC14 types. The storage area around the workshop has also been expanded to accommodate the increasing stock of anchorchain cables.
A new modern location, new ambitions and goals, and the commitment to serve our Client - we urge you to take advantage.
