_W230.JPG) From November 26th until 28th Holland Marine Equipment Association (HME) will organise in cooperation with the Agency for International Business and Cooperation (EVD), the Holland Pavilion during the exhibition INMEX China in Guangzhou. HME will set up a representative collective with a joint lounge.
The Chinese market
Maritime trade relations between China and the Netherlands date back as far as the 17th century, when the first ships of the Dutch East Indies Company (VOC) sailed into China. Since then, trade has prospered between our countries.
Holland Marine Equipment Association (HME) has organised many successful activities in and with China. In November 2008 the technology provided by HME Companies will be displayed at Inmex China in Guangzhou. As usual, the versatility of Dutch maritime know-how will be presented in a very lively manner.
Special features are environmental technology, ranging from ballast water treatment to emission reduction, and new ship designs in the field of offshore oil and gas, dredgers, offshore patrol vessels and merchant shipping. In short: complex ships and forward looking technologies are the Netherlands specialty.
Held alongside INMEX China is The International ShipRepair & Conversion Exhibition and Conference. This complete Ship Care Event encompasses all aspects of ship care, including maintenance, machinery, supply and refurbishment, conversion, re-fit and repair.
More than any other industry, the marine industry is peoples business. In that respect knowing each other face to face is an essential issue. Therefore we look forward to meeting you!
INMEX China
At INMEX China 2008, the Netherlands will benefit from a partner country status, and will be granted a prominent location.
